WHIP is the acronym for Work Habilitation Intensive Program. This program was formed to allow people to work while making the effort to change their lives. This program is offered as an alternative to incarceration for non-violent offenders. Program services and activities offer participants the chance to stop engaging in criminal activity and change their behavior to make them productive citizens.
